Slice each hotdog lengthwise without cutting all the way through, creating a pocket for the filling.

Spoon the cheese filling into each hotdog pocket, pressing the mixture in firmly to secure.

Encase stuffed hotdogs in additional shredded cheddar cheese. Use toothpicks as needed to keep the filling in place.

Arrange hotdogs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
