# Ingredients:

→ Hotdogs

01 - 4 beef hotdogs

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 120 grams shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Assembly

07 - Toothpicks for securing cheese (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
03 - Slice each hotdog lengthwise without cutting all the way through, creating a pocket for the filling.
04 - Spoon the cheese filling into each hotdog pocket, pressing the mixture in firmly to secure.
05 - Encase stuffed hotdogs in additional shredded cheddar cheese. Use toothpicks as needed to keep the filling in place.
06 - Arrange hotdogs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
07 - Allow the hotdogs to cool briefly so the cheese can set before serving.
