Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and add garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir to coat. Slowly add beef broth while stirring. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer on low heat until thickened and creamy.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
