04 - 5 g paprika
05 - 5 g garlic powder
06 - 5 g onion powder
07 - 5 g Italian seasoning
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Optional: crushed red pepper, to taste

→ Cheesy Creamy Penne

11 - 280 g cooked penne pasta
12 - 15 g unsalted butter
13 - 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
14 - 240 ml heavy cream or half and half
15 - 100 g shredded mature cheddar or cheese blend
16 - 25 g grated parmesan cheese
17 - 2.5 g Italian seasoning
18 - Salt, to taste
19 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
20 - Optional: pinch of smoked paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Pat chicken dry and season thoroughly on all sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange the chicken in a single layer and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until deeply golden and cooked through.
03 - Add butter to the pan and, as it melts, spoon the hot herb butter repeatedly over the chicken to glaze and enrich the flavour. Transfer chicken to a plate and keep warm.
04 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Allow to simmer gently.
05 - Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan until melted and silky smooth, adjusting seasoning as needed.
06 - Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss until pasta is thoroughly coated in the creamy cheese sauce.
07 - Arrange cheesy penne on plates beside the herb-glazed chicken. Drizzle any reserved pan juices over the chicken before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the chicken to rest a few minutes before slicing for juicier results.
02 - Reserve a splash of pasta cooking water to adjust the sauce’s consistency if needed.
