# Ingredients:

01 - Elbow Macaroni Pasta: 1 lb, provides the classic shape and texture for this creamy mac and cheese.
02 - Sharp Cheddar Cheese: 8 oz, grated, for a rich, sharp flavor.
03 - American Deli Cheese: 4 oz, cut into 1-inch cubes, adds smoothness and creaminess to the sauce.
04 - Butter: 4 tablespoons, cut into 1-inch cubes, adds richness to the sauce.
05 - Half and Half: 3 cups, for a creamy and smooth consistency.
06 - Dijon Mustard: 1 tablespoon, adds a subtle tang and enhances the cheese flavor.
07 - Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon, provides a mild onion flavor without overpowering the dish.
08 - Salt: 1 teaspoon, to enhance all the flavors in the dish.
09 - Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon, for a hint of warmth.
10 - Paprika: ½ teaspoon, adds color and a mild smokiness to the dish.

# Instructions:

01 - Place all ingredients into the slow cooker. Cook on LOW, stirring every 30 minutes for up to 2 hours.
02 - Check at 1 ½ hours for doneness and cook longer if necessary. Once the pasta is fork-tender, the mac and cheese is done.
03 - If the sauce is too thick, stir in a few tablespoons of milk to loosen it to your preferred consistency.
04 - Serve immediately, or keep on the WARM setting until ready to serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

# Notes:

01 - This creamy slow-cooker mac and cheese is an easy, hands-off comfort food, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.
02 - For added creaminess, you can mix in more half and half or a splash of milk as it cooks.
03 - Great as a side dish or main course, especially for potlucks and holidays.
