# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ frozen bananas
02 - ½ to ¾ cup cold brew coffee concentrate
03 - ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
04 - 3 soft Medjool dates, pitted
05 - 1 tablespoon almond butter
06 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
08 - 2 handfuls of ice

→ Optional Garnish

09 - Chocolate shavings
10 - Ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender, place the bananas, cold brew concentrate, almond milk, dates, almond butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed to blend.
02 - Add the ice to the blender and blend again until smooth.
03 - Pour into glasses and serve with a dusting of cinnamon and chocolate shavings for garnish.
