Boil pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil and cook onion and garlic until soft, about 3-4 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add tomatoes, broth, paprika, salt and pepper. Simmer 5-10 minutes.

Stir in cream and cheese until melted and smooth.

Toss pasta with sauce until well coated. Heat 2-3 minutes more.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
