Creamy Beef Bowtie Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz bowtie pasta.
02 - 1 lb ground beef.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 1 small onion, diced.
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
06 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes.
07 - 1 cup beef broth.
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.
12 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat oil and cook onion and garlic until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
03 - Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
04 - Add tomatoes, broth, paprika, salt and pepper. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
05 - Stir in cream and cheese until melted and smooth.
06 - Toss pasta with sauce until well coated. Heat 2-3 minutes more.
07 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

01 - Can substitute other short pasta shapes.
02 - Add vegetables like peppers or mushrooms if desired.
03 - Adjust sauce thickness with extra broth if needed.
