# Ingredients:

→ Wings

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - Black pepper, as much as you like
05 - Salt, as much as you like
06 - 2 lbs chicken wings

→ Alfredo Sauce

07 - Fresh chopped parsley for topping
08 - Black pepper, sprinkle how you want
09 - Salt, use as much as you like
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped up
13 - 2 tablespoons butter

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven warmed up to 400°F. Dry off the wings with some paper towels, toss them in a big bowl, and pour in the olive oil. Sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Then mix everything up with your hands so the wings get covered all over.
02 - Lay the wings out on a baking sheet you’ve lined with parchment. Pop them in the oven and let them cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Turn them over halfway, so both sides get super crispy and golden.
03 - Grab a saucepan and let the butter melt on medium heat. Drop in your chopped garlic and let it cook for a couple minutes till it really smells good. Pour in the heavy cream slowly while stirring nonstop. Next, add in the Parmesan bit by bit, stirring till everything’s smooth and thick. Finish it off with some salt and pepper.
04 - Move the cooked wings into a big clean bowl. Pour on all that creamy Alfredo sauce. Toss it so every piece gets covered.
05 - Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top and, if you want, a little more Parmesan. Dish them up while they're hot and dig in!
