Cream Horns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed.
02 - 1 large egg.
03 - Splash of water.
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
05 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
06 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
07 - 2 cups heavy cream.
08 - 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
09 - Extra powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F, prepare baking sheets.
02 - Spray horn molds with cooking spray.
03 - Cut pastry into 1-inch strips.
04 - Wrap strips around molds, seal with egg wash.
05 - Bake 14-16 minutes until golden.
06 - Cool completely in molds.
07 - Make cream filling, divide and flavor half chocolate.
08 - Fill horns, dust with sugar.

01 - Fill just before serving.
02 - Can freeze empty shells.
03 - Use pastry bag for filling.
04 - Spray molds well.
