10 - 2 tablespoons milk
11 - 1-2 tablespoons kewpie mayo
12 - 1 teaspoon oregano
13 - 3 tablespoons grated parmesan, plus more for garnish
14 - ½ teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Whisk with stand or hand mixer until smooth. Set aside.

05 - Fully submerge each filled bagel in garlic butter mixture, allow excess to drip off, then place on parchment-lined baking tray.
06 - Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and grated parmesan. Let cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Inspired by the famous LA bakery Calic Bagels
02 - Can use plain or any flavor bagels
03 - Kewpie mayo provides a richer flavor than regular mayonnaise
