In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Whisk with stand or hand mixer until smooth. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix egg, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, mayo, oregano, grated parmesan, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Make 6 cuts across each bagel without cutting all the way through. Remove a small section from each cut to create space for filling.

Transfer cream cheese filling to a piping bag or ziplock bag with corner snipped off. Pipe filling into each cut in the bagels.

Fully submerge each filled bagel in garlic butter mixture, allow excess to drip off, then place on parchment-lined baking tray.

Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and grated parmesan. Let cool slightly before serving.
