Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, using an electric mixer or stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese and pumpkin puree. Mix until smooth.

Add the pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon sugar, and white sugar to the mixture, and continue mixing.

Add the egg and mix well until fully combined.

Open the crescent rolls and separate them.

Starting at the wide end, place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each dough triangle. Roll the crescent over the filling, pinching the sides to seal it.

Place the rolled crescents on a stoneware baking sheet or a metal sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

Once cooled, drizzle the rolls with orange royal icing and add fall leaf sprinkles for decoration.
