Cream Cheese Bacon Doritos Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Pepper, to taste
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
07 - 1 cup crushed Doritos chips
08 - 2 eggs, beaten
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
02 - Using a sharp knife, butterfly each chicken breast carefully, creating a pocket without cutting all the way through.
03 - Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
05 - Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, then press the edges to seal.
06 - Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with crushed Doritos chips, pressing gently to adhere.
07 - Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
08 - Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
