Festive Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen.
02 - ¼ cup maple syrup.
03 - 1 orange, zested and juiced.
04 - ¼ teaspoon nutmeg.
05 - 225g (8oz) feta cheese.
06 - ½ cup plain greek yogurt.
07 - ¼ teaspoon chili flakes.
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
09 - ¼ cup pistachios, chopped.
10 - 1-2 tablespoons honey.
11 - Fresh thyme for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest and juice, and nutmeg in saucepan. Boil then simmer 6-10 minutes until jammy.
02 - Blend feta, yogurt, chili flakes and olive oil in food processor until smooth and creamy.
03 - Let cranberry mixture cool completely.
04 - Layer whipped feta in bowl, top with cranberry compote, pistachios, honey drizzle and thyme.

01 - Can make components 2 days ahead.
02 - Ricotta can substitute for feta.
