# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 240 grams bread crumbs
02 - 150 grams cooked turkey, shredded
03 - 65 grams dried cranberries, chopped
04 - 80 grams onion, finely diced
05 - 50 grams celery, diced
06 - 15 grams fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 60 milliliters chicken broth
08 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
11 - 1 large egg

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
02 - Place bread crumbs, shredded turkey, cranberries, onion, celery, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
03 - Add dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix to distribute the seasoning evenly.
04 - Pour in chicken broth, then add the egg. Mix thoroughly to achieve a cohesive mixture. Add extra broth gradually if the mixture is too dry.
05 - Portion approximately 2 tablespoons per ball, rolling each into a sphere and arranging them on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 25 minutes or until the stuffing balls are golden and heated through.
07 - Serve warm, paired with gravy or cranberry sauce as desired.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra moist texture, ensure not to overbake; add a splash of broth if the mixture appears dry before shaping.
