02 - 3 tablespoons sour cream
03 - 3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
04 - 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
08 - Neutral oil

→ Toppings and Sauce

09 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
10 - 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
11 - 1 tablespoon Western chili sauce
12 - 3 buns
13 - Lettuce for serving
14 - Tomato for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Put all the patty ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine, ensuring not to overwork the meat.
02 - Heat a griddle or cast-iron pan to medium-high heat. Add a small amount of neutral oil. Place the patties on the pan and cook to your desired doneness, flipping carefully as the patties are delicate.
03 - While the patties are cooking, combine the mayonnaise, grainy mustard, and Western chili sauce in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
