Crispy bread filled with shrimp, creamy cheese, and garlic for a hearty, flavorful appetizer.

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
02 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted

→ Seafood Filling

03 - 450 g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
04 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
05 - 60 g mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - 15 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - Red pepper flakes, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly until uniformly blended.
02 - Slice the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise and carefully hollow out the center of each half, ensuring a sturdy shell remains to support the filling.
03 - Distribute the seafood mixture evenly between the hollowed bread halves, gently pressing the filling into each cavity.
04 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Brush the outside of each bread half with melted butter. Wrap tightly in aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes on a baking tray.
05 - Remove the foil from the bread halves and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crisp.
06 - Allow the bread to stand for a few minutes. Slice into portions and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For enhanced flavour, garnish with additional fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
