                Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to the package directions and set aside.

                Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray.

                In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed Ritz crackers. Mix well, adding more mayonnaise if needed to hold the mixture together.

                Lightly dust your hands with flour and scoop a portion of the biscuit mix into your hand, forming a cup shape.

                Take a scoop of the crab mixture and place it into the biscuit cup.

                Cover the crab-filled biscuit with a little more biscuit dough to enclose the filling.

                Repeat with the remaining dough and crab mixture, placing each filled biscuit into the prepared muffin tins.

                Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

                While the biscuits are baking, mix melted butter with 1 tsp of lemon juice.

                Once baked, brush the biscuits with the lemon butter mixture and serve warm.
