Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, crab meats, onions and salt. Chill 30 minutes.

Put beaten eggs in one bowl and panko in another.

Make half dollar size balls from crab mixture.

Dip balls in egg then roll in panko until covered.

Heat oil to 350°F and fry until golden and crispy.

Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
