Crab Rangoon Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package cream cheese.
02 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.
03 - 2 cans lump/white crab meat, drained.
04 - 1 cup imitation crab, flaked.
05 - 5 green onions, chopped.
06 - Salt to taste.
07 - Panko breadcrumbs.
08 - 2 eggs, beaten.
09 - Vegetable oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, crab meats, onions and salt. Chill 30 minutes.
02 - Put beaten eggs in one bowl and panko in another.
03 - Make half dollar size balls from crab mixture.
04 - Dip balls in egg then roll in panko until covered.
05 - Heat oil to 350°F and fry until golden and crispy.
06 - Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

# Notes:

01 - Prepare all balls before frying.
02 - Can mix real and imitation crab.
03 - Best served fresh and hot.
