Crab Crescent Bites Delight (Print Version)

Flaky crescents stuffed with creamy crab and cheese, seasoned to perfection for gatherings.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (226 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Filling

02 - 240 g cooked crab meat, chopped (fresh, canned, or imitation)
03 - 115 g cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 tablespoons (30 g) mayonnaise
05 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon (4 g) Old Bay seasoning or seafood seasoning
07 - 56 g shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste

09 - Chopped parsley or paprika for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper until the mixture is evenly blended.
03 - Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll each into a crescent shape.
04 - Place filled crescents on the lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
05 - If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika before serving.

01 - Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing and a smooth filling texture.
02 - Use high-quality crab meat for the best flavor. Imitation crab may be used for convenience.
