# Ingredients:

01 - ½ lb ground beef
02 - 2 cups uncooked pasta (elbow or penne)
03 - 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
04 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

05 - 1 small onion, chopped
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 1 tsp ground cumin
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Liquids

10 - 2 cups vegetable broth
11 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil

→ Toppings

12 - 1 cup shredded cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent.
02 - Add ground beef to the pot and cook until thoroughly browned and crumbly, breaking apart with a wooden spoon.
03 - Stir in paprika and cumin, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
04 - Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth to the pot. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
05 - Add uncooked pasta directly to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
06 - Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
07 - Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and serve warm in bowls.
