→ Cajun Creamy Dipping Sauce

11 - 120 milliliters mayonnaise
12 - 60 milliliters sour cream
13 - 15 milliliters Cajun seasoning
14 - 5 milliliters garlic powder
15 - 2.5 milliliters smoked paprika
16 - 5 milliliters fresh lemon juice
17 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the marinade is well blended.
02 - Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated evenly. Let stand for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange the marinated chicken bites in a single layer. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the dipping sauce is smooth and homogeneous.
05 - Arrange the hot chicken bites on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve alongside the Cajun creamy dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the chicken marinate for a longer period will enhance flavor intensity and tenderness.
