Cowboy Breakfast Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 package (12-count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
02 - 6 large eggs, scrambled

→ Meats

03 - 8 ounces ground pork sausage, cooked
04 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 1 cup)

→ Toppings

05 - 1 cup (113g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 1 recipe cowboy butter, melted, divided

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 7x11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Split rolls horizontally, place bottom halves in dish. Pour 2 tablespoons melted cowboy butter over bottom halves.
03 - Layer evenly with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese.
04 - Add top halves of rolls and brush with 2 tablespoons melted cowboy butter.
05 - Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes until cheese melts. Uncover and bake 3-5 minutes more until tops are golden.
06 - Brush hot sliders with remaining cowboy butter or serve butter for dipping.
