# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese (4% milkfat).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment.
02 - Drop tablespoons of cottage cheese 2 inches apart, flatten to 1/4 inch.
03 - Add optional seasonings if desired.
04 - Cook 40-50 minutes until edges dark brown and surface golden. Check at 35 minutes.
05 - Let cool 20-30 minutes until completely firm and crunchy.
