# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pint (2 cups) heavy whipping cream
02 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/2 teaspoon blue gel food coloring (AmeriColor recommended)
04 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

→ Mix-ins

05 - 20 Oreos, chopped
06 - 15 Chips Ahoy cookies, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, beat together the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and blue gel food coloring until stiff peaks form.
02 - Beat in the sweetened condensed milk on low speed until combined. Add more blue food coloring if needed to achieve your desired shade of blue.
03 - Gently fold in the chopped Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies. Transfer to a loaf pan or 8-inch cake pan, adding extra cookie pieces on top for decoration.
04 - Cover the pan with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.
