Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
02 - 1½ cups Cap'n Crunch cereal.
03 - ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes, plus more for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Place chocolate chips in measuring cup set in pot with water up to 8 oz mark. Melt over medium-low heat 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
02 - In large bowl, combine cereal and coconut flakes. Pour in melted chocolate and stir well.
03 - Spoon snowball-sized mounds onto lined baking sheet. Sprinkle extra coconut on top.
04 - Refrigerate 15-20 minutes until chocolate is completely set.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made ahead and stored in airtight container.
02 - Keep water away from chocolate while melting to prevent seizing.
