Place chocolate chips in measuring cup set in pot with water up to 8 oz mark. Melt over medium-low heat 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In large bowl, combine cereal and coconut flakes. Pour in melted chocolate and stir well.

Spoon snowball-sized mounds onto lined baking sheet. Sprinkle extra coconut on top.

Refrigerate 15-20 minutes until chocolate is completely set.
