Thai Dumpling Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 gyozas or potstickers.
02 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
03 - 4 garlic cloves, grated.
04 - 1 tsp grated ginger.
05 - 4 cups chicken broth.
06 - 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk.
07 - 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce.
08 - 1 tbsp fish sauce.
09 - 1 tsp toasted sesame oil.
10 - 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste.
11 - 1 tsp brown sugar.
12 - 2 tbsp lime juice.
13 - Chopped chives for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Grate garlic and ginger.
02 - Heat oil in pot over medium. Sauté garlic and ginger 30 seconds. Add broth, coconut milk, sauces, oils, curry paste, sugar and lime juice. Simmer 5 minutes.
03 - Cook gyozas in boiling water according to package, about 2-3 minutes. Drain when done.
04 - Divide gyozas between bowls, pour hot soup over top. Garnish with chives and optional vegetables.

01 - Can customize with different dumplings.
02 - Add any vegetables you prefer.
