01 -
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Set out a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 -
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it into small crumbles, until browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
03 -
Stir the marinara into the beef. Simmer for 3-5 minutes so the sauce thickens slightly and coats the meat.
04 -
Spread about 3/4 cup meat sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Add 3 no-boil noodles, one-third of the ricotta in small spoonfuls, about 1 cup meat sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella.
05 -
Repeat the noodles, ricotta, meat sauce, and mozzarella two more times, ending with mozzarella on top. Make sure the noodles are covered with sauce around the edges.
06 -
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the noodles are tender when pierced with a knife.
07 -
Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes more, until the cheese is melted with golden spots. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
