Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.

Cream canola oil, softened butter, and sugar until fluffy (3-4 minutes). Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients alternating with buttermilk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.

Transfer 3/4 cup batter to separate bowl. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and molasses; mix well.

Pour half plain batter in pan. Drop half cinnamon mixture in dollops and swirl. Repeat with remaining batters.

Bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan.

Melt butter in shallow dish. Mix sugars and cinnamon in another dish. Dip cooled bread in butter, then sugar mixture. Cool completely before slicing.
