Easy Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza with Crescent Rolls (Print version)

A quick dessert pizza made with crescent roll dough, cinnamon sugar, and a sweet vanilla glaze, ready in under 20 minutes.

# Ingredients:

For the pizza

01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the glaze

05 - 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon milk, plus more as needed
07 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the crescent dough and press the perforated seams together to form one solid rectangle.
02 - Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle the mixture in an even layer across the surface.
03 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the dough is puffed and golden and the cinnamon sugar is bubbly. Keep an eye on it during the final two minutes to prevent burning.
04 - Whisk the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add more milk a few drops at a time if the glaze is too thick. Drizzle over the warm pizza, slice into squares, and serve.

# Good to know:

01 - Best served warm the day it is baked.
