01 -
Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 23×13 cm loaf pan with unsalted butter or nonstick spray.
02 -
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Set aside.
03 -
In a separate bowl, beat softened butter and 200 grams sugar until light and fluffy.
04 -
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until homogenous.
05 -
Gradually fold dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
06 -
Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. In a small bowl, mix 100 grams sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. Sprinkle half over batter.
07 -
Add remaining batter to the pan. Top with remaining cinnamon sugar. Gently swirl through the loaf with a knife to marble the layers.
08 -
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean.
09 -
Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
