Buttery pastry wraps rich cream cheese with cinnamon sugar for a warm, sweet dessert or snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Filling

01 - 1 can (227 g) crescent roll dough or puff pastry
02 - 227 g cream cheese, softened
03 - 50 g granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Coating

06 - 120 ml unsalted butter, melted
07 - 100 g granulated sugar
08 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Stir until completely smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a flat surface, gently pressing seams together to form small rectangles.
03 - Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of cream cheese filling in the center of each rectangle. Fold over the dough to enclose the filling and seal the edges firmly.
04 - Arrange filled rolls on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Alternatively, cook in an air fryer at 175°C for 6–8 minutes until golden.
05 - While still warm, brush each roll with melted butter. Immediately roll the coated rolls in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until fully covered.
06 - Serve warm for optimal flavor and texture.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling consistency.
