Cinnamon Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 cup water.
07 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
08 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
11 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
03 - Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined and smooth.
04 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
05 - In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and ground cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle it evenly over the top of the batter.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
07 - Allow the cake to cool in the pan on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
