07 - 160 g Greek yogurt
08 - 120 ml whole milk
09 - 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and chopped (approx. 240 g)
10 - 315 g all-purpose flour
11 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
12 - 0.5 teaspoon baking soda

13 - 115 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
14 - 135 g granulated sugar
15 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

→ Simple glaze

16 - 90 g powdered sugar
17 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
18 - 45 ml whole milk

# Instructions:

01 - Peel, core, and chop apples into small cubes.
02 - Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 23x23 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cooled melted butter, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, milk, kosher salt, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
04 - Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk until nearly combined.
05 - Fold in chopped apples until just combined with no visible dry flour. Do not overmix.
06 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon; mix until uniform.
07 - Spread cake batter evenly into prepared pan. Spoon cinnamon topping over batter and create swirls using a butter knife.
08 - Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
09 - Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk in a small bowl until smooth and silky.
10 - Drizzle glaze over warm cake as desired. Serve warm with tea or coffee.
