Sugar Cookie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
09 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
11 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened.
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
13 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream.
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
15 - Christmas sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F, line 8x8 pan.
02 - Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
03 - Add egg and extracts, mix well.
04 - Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
05 - Bake 15 minutes until edges set.
06 - Whip frosting ingredients until fluffy.
07 - Frost cooled bars, add sprinkles.
