Christmas Peanut Butter Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Peanut Butter Balls

01 - 2 cups powdered sugar
02 - 1 cup peanut butter
03 - 6 tablespoons butter
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
05 - Dipping chocolate of choice

→ Peppermint Bark

06 - 1 bag dark or light chocolate chips
07 - 1 bag white chocolate chips
08 - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
09 - Crushed peppermint candy

→ Butterfinger Candy Bars

10 - 3 cups candy corn
11 - 2 cups peanut butter
12 - Dipping chocolate of choice

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter and mix with vanilla and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes. Melt the dipping chocolate of your choice and dip each peanut butter ball, coating fully.
02 - Melt dark or milk chocolate chips and spread on parchment paper. Let cool. Melt white chocolate chips, stir in peppermint extract, and spread over cooled dark chocolate. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top. Let harden, then break into pieces.
03 - Melt candy corn in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Add peanut butter and stir until mixture is thick. Spread mixture on parchment paper and cut into pieces once set. Melt chocolate and dip each candy piece, placing back on parchment paper to set.
