Easy Italian Chopped Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwiches

01 - 12 slider buns
02 - 6 oz deli meats (turkey and ham, or sliced chicken breast)
03 - 3 oz turkey pepperoni
04 - 4 slices provolone cheese

→ Fresh Vegetables

05 - 1 head romaine lettuce
06 - 1/3 small red onion or sweet onion
07 - 1/2 green bell pepper
08 - 1/2 cup banana peppers

→ Garlic Butter

09 - 1 tbsp butter, melted
10 - 1 small garlic clove, finely minced

→ Italian Dressing

11 - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
12 - 1 tbsp olive oil
13 - 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
14 - 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
15 - 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
16 - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
17 - 1/4 tsp salt
18 - black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
02 - Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Slice slider buns in half, placing tops and bottoms cut side up on the pan
03 - Whisk together minced garlic and melted butter, then brush over the top buns
04 - Chop deli meats and layer on bottom buns. Top with provolone cheese slices
05 - Toast in the oven for 10 minutes until bun tops are golden brown
06 - While toasting, chop romaine, onion, bell pepper and banana peppers together in a bowl
07 - Whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Toss with the chopped vegetables
08 - Top the meat and cheese with dressed vegetables, add bun tops, cut apart if needed and serve immediately

02 - Can customize meats based on preference - turkey, ham or chicken all work well
