Chocolate Pretzel Toffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 tablespoons salted butter, cubed.
02 - 1 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup heavy cream.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup salted mini pretzel twists.
06 - 2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
07 - 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts (optional).
08 - Sea salt to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9x13 pan with parchment. Arrange pretzels in even layer.
02 - Melt butter, brown sugar, and cream over medium heat. Boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla.
03 - Pour sauce over pretzels. Bake 5 minutes until sauce bakes onto pretzels.
04 - Sprinkle with chocolate chips, bake 1 minute to melt. Spread evenly, top with peanuts and sea salt.
05 - Freeze or chill 1 hour until set. Break into pieces.
