                Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9x13 pan with parchment. Arrange pretzels in even layer.

                Melt butter, brown sugar, and cream over medium heat. Boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla.

                Pour sauce over pretzels. Bake 5 minutes until sauce bakes onto pretzels.

                Sprinkle with chocolate chips, bake 1 minute to melt. Spread evenly, top with peanuts and sea salt.

                Freeze or chill 1 hour until set. Break into pieces.
