Chocolate Covered Pecans (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound pecan halves.
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed.
03 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
04 - 20 ounces dark or milk chocolate melting wafers.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Spread pecans on baking sheet, top with butter.
03 - Roast 5 minutes, turn to coat with butter.
04 - Add salt, roast 5-6 more minutes until done.
05 - Cool completely.
06 - Microwave chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted.
07 - Dip pecans in chocolate, remove excess.
08 - Place on parchment paper, let harden 45 minutes.
