06 - 65 g all-purpose flour
07 - 1.25 ml salt

→ Cookie Dough Layer

08 - 115 g unsalted butter, softened
09 - 110 g packed brown sugar
10 - 50 g granulated sugar
11 - 30 ml milk
12 - 5 ml vanilla extract
13 - 130 g all-purpose flour, heat-treated
14 - 85 g mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a mini muffin tin thoroughly or line with paper cups.
02 - Combine melted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Add unsweetened cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt. Stir until just combined, ensuring no dry spots remain.
04 - Divide the batter evenly among the prepared mini muffin cavities. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
05 - Allow brownies to cool completely in the tin before removing.
06 - In a clean bowl, beat softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until creamy. Mix in milk and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
07 - Blend in heat-treated flour until dough forms. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
08 - Scoop or pipe a generous portion of cookie dough onto each cooled brownie bite.
09 - Optionally, drizzle with additional melted chocolate and serve.
