Chicken, zucchini, cheese, and tomatoes combine with Italian herbs for a creamy, baked entrée.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
02 - 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
03 - 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

→ Cheeses

04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 190°C and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend shredded chicken, sliced zucchinis, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly incorporated.
03 - Grease a 23x33 cm baking dish lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Transfer the chicken and vegetable mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it into an even layer.
05 - Distribute grated Parmesan cheese uniformly over the surface.
06 - Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until zucchini is tender and the topping is golden and bubbling.
07 - Allow to cool briefly before garnishing with fresh basil if desired. Portion and serve warm.
