Chicken and Pepperoni Pizza Melts (Print Version)

Crispy tortilla wraps filled with chicken, mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce for a robust lunch.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 frozen chicken burger patties
02 - 3 large high-protein tortilla wraps
03 - 180 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 120 millilitres pizza sauce
05 - 18 slices pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken patties in the pan and cook for 6 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until golden and an internal temperature of 74°C is reached.
02 - Remove patties from the skillet and let rest briefly. On a cutting board, slice each patty into 6 uniform strips.
03 - Lay out the tortilla wraps. Evenly distribute half the mozzarella down the centre of each wrap. Arrange 6 chicken strips on top, spoon pizza sauce over the chicken, then layer with 6 pepperoni slices per wrap. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward to enclose the filling securely.
05 - Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Place the folded wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until the underside is crisp and deeply golden, about 5 minutes, then flip and brown the other side for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the cheese is melted through.
06 - Transfer toasted wraps to a cutting board. Slice each in half if desired and serve immediately while hot.
