# Ingredients:

→ Kofta Mixture

01 - 500 grams ground chicken
02 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
06 - 1 teaspoon ground coriander
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Garlic Yogurt Sauce

09 - 1 cup plain yogurt
10 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
11 - Pinch of salt

→ For Grilling

12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, and parsley. Add cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with clean hands until well blended.
02 - Wet your hands and form the chicken mixture into elongated oval shapes, approximately 8 to 10 pieces.
03 - Set grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the surface with olive oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Place kofta on the hot grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning once, until evenly browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C).
05 - In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
06 - Arrange kofta on a serving platter and accompany with the garlic yogurt sauce and preferred side dishes.

01 - Allow kofta to rest for several minutes after grilling to enhance flavor and retain juiciness.
