# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb cubed beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces.
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 1/4 cup milk.

11 - 2 tablespoons butter.
12 - 2 tablespoons flour.
13 - 1 1/2 cups milk.
14 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
02 - Dip each cubed steak bite into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture. Press gently to coat the steak bites well.
03 - Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, fry the coated steak bites in batches, cooking each for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and drain them on paper towels.
04 - In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to form a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
