In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Dip each cubed steak bite into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture. Press gently to coat the steak bites well.

Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, fry the coated steak bites in batches, cooking each for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and drain them on paper towels.

In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to form a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
