Creamy Chicken, Apple & Grape Salad (Print Version)

A vibrant mix of chicken, grapes, apples, and a luscious creamy dressing.

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1/4 cup sour cream
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Salad

07 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 2 cups diced)
08 - 1 cup sliced red grapes
09 - 1 cup diced apple
10 - 2 celery stalks, sliced
11 - 2 green onions, sliced
12 - 1/2 cup slivered almonds
13 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries
14 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, roughly chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the plain Greek yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.
02 - Optional: To toast almonds, spread them out on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced grapes, diced apple, sliced celery, green onions, slivered almonds, dried cranberries, and chopped parsley.
04 - Add the desired amount of dressing to the salad and stir until the ingredients are evenly coated. Taste and add more salt if necessary.
