# Ingredients:

→ Calzone Filling

01 - 250 grams cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 240 milliliters Alfredo sauce
03 - 100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Dough

08 - 450 grams refrigerated pizza dough
09 - All-purpose flour, for dusting

→ Finishing

10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, for brushing
11 - 1 egg, beaten

# Instructions:

01 - Set air fryer to 190°C and allow to preheat while preparing the filling.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 6 millimeters thick. Divide into 4 equal squares.
04 - Spoon roughly 80 milliliters of the chicken Alfredo mixture into the center of each dough square.
05 - Fold dough over the filling to form pockets and firmly seal the edges, crimping with a fork if preferred.
06 - Brush the tops with olive oil. Beat the egg and lightly brush over each calzone for a golden finish.
07 - Place calzones in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
08 - Remove calzones and let rest for 1 minute before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure calzones are sealed well to prevent filling from leaking during cooking.
