In a large zip top bag, combine pudding mix, gelatin, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles.

Measure cereal into a large bowl.

Microwave vanilla bark in its tray for 1 minute, stir, then heat another minute until melted.

Pour melted chocolate over cereal and stir until completely coated.

Transfer chocolate-coated cereal to bag with powdered sugar mixture, shake until all cereal is coated.
