Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

8 cups rice square cereal (like Chex)

1 pound container vanilla bark
→ Coating Mixture

3.4 ounce cheesecake pudding mix

3 ounce cherry gelatin mix

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

# Instructions:

Line a large baking sheet with foil.

In a large zip top bag, combine pudding mix, gelatin, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles.

Measure cereal into a large bowl.

Microwave vanilla bark in its tray for 1 minute, stir, then heat another minute until melted.

Pour melted chocolate over cereal and stir until completely coated.

Transfer chocolate-coated cereal to bag with powdered sugar mixture, shake until all cereal is coated.

Spread on foil-covered pan until set. Store in covered container up to 2 weeks.
