Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the pasta shells in a pot according to the directions on the box, then drain and set aside.

In the same pot, add the ground beef and cook until well browned. Drain the excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and water to the browned beef, stir, and cook until the water evaporates.

Stir in 1 cup of salsa and 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the beef mixture.

Fill each jumbo pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.

Top the stuffed shells with the remaining salsa and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
