# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 450 g ground beef

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix or equivalent homemade blend

→ Dough

03 - 1 tube (about 400 g) refrigerated pizza dough

→ Cheese

04 - 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved lengthwise

→ Butter Mixture

05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Prepare a large baking sheet by lightly coating with non-stick spray.
02 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up until fully browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat. Return beef to the skillet.
03 - Add the taco seasoning mix to the cooked beef. Stir until well coated and seasoning is evenly distributed. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
04 - Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface. Cut the dough in half lengthwise, then slice into 10 equal rectangles.
05 - Place approximately 1 tablespoon of seasoned beef onto the center of each dough rectangle. Top with a halved cheese stick. Roll dough around filling and pinch seams to seal completely.
06 - In a bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of each taco stick.
07 - Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot with desired taco toppings.

# Notes:

01 - Allow beef filling to cool prior to assembling to prevent the dough from becoming soggy or difficult to seal.
