Cheesy Ranch Potatoes Sausage (Print Version)

Hearty potatoes and smoked sausage in a cheesy, ranch-seasoned sauce.

01 - 1 lb smoked sausage
02 - 2 bell peppers, sliced
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 1 regular-sized bag frozen shredded hash browns
05 - 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
06 - 1 can cheddar cheese soup
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1 packet ranch seasoning
09 - 1 cup shredded cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced smoked sausage, sliced bell peppers, and diced onion. Sauté until the vegetables soften, and the sausage is lightly browned.
02 - In a crockpot, combine the sautéed meat mixture, frozen shredded hash browns, heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese. Stir well to combine.
03 - Set the crockpot to cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
