# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 2.5 g salt
03 - 2.5 g ground black pepper
04 - 5 g onion powder
05 - 5 g Italian seasoning
06 - 15 g minced garlic
07 - 680 g marinara sauce
08 - 540 g frozen tortellini
09 - 115 g cream cheese
10 - 35 g mini pepperoni
11 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 50 g shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until thoroughly browned. Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning during cooking.
02 - Add mini pepperoni to the browned beef and cook until the edges are lightly crisped. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Pour marinara sauce into the skillet. Add cream cheese in pieces. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is fully melted and sauce is homogeneous.
04 - Add the frozen tortellini directly to the skillet. Stir to coat well, cover, and allow to simmer over medium-low heat for approximately 5 minutes or until the pasta is tender and cooked through.
05 - Evenly distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the tortellini mixture. Arrange extra mini pepperoni on top if desired. Broil under a hot grill for 2–3 minutes, or cover and let rest on low heat until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Freshly shredded cheese yields a smoother melt compared to pre-shredded varieties.
02 - For optimal flavor, ensure each tortellini is thoroughly enveloped in the sauce.
