Preheat oven to 175°C. Dice the onion and chop the bacon if not pre-chopped.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Add Italian sausage to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned throughout. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Stir in Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour in marinara sauce. Add chopped bacon and desired pepperoni slices. Mix to combine.

Stir the frozen cheese ravioli into the skillet mixture until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture into a large baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Add extra bacon or pepperoni if preferred.

Cover the baking dish with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove the foil and place under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes, until the topping is golden and crisp.
